Hey guys! So I’m still trying to figure out a way in which I want to put out my fitness videos, but honestly I’m so happy about the switch I decided to make I could honestly cry. Happy tears though.
So today’s video will be the first of many workout videos that I want to be incorporating on my channel, and on my blog aswell. Alongside fitness related reviews on accessories, clothes, my advice thus far etc etc. Shoulders are probably one of my favourite body parts to train. I used to heavily neglect my legs (I know, how dare I) and literally only train my upper body. With a completely distorted perception of what proper training was supposed to be, I very obviously got nowhere.
But I have finally decided on a weekly split (one major muscle group per day (which I’ll cover in another video/post don’t you worry about it)) And today I decided to train shoulders. DON’T BE FOOLED THOUGH, I think the heaviest weight I used was a 15lb dumbbell but I honestly would have probably toppled over if I tried using any more weight.
Making sure that you develop a good mind-muscle connection is key. If you feel like an idiot at first, that’s totally fine! It’s SUPER important that you learn the proper form for each movement FIRST, and then you can work on developing the ability to up your weight.
