Hey pretty people! Happy Monday and I hope you all had an amazing weekend- even though I know mine was anything but long enough. Today’s video is a bit simple in the sense that I’m giving you a more “natural” (yes, picture the air quotes) look before I start getting into my holiday inspired glitter. I spent the entire day listening to Pentatonix only to find out that they had performed in Canada at the beginning of the month… but needless to say I’m most definitely in the holiday mood. I’m always in the spirit for Christmas but never in the mood for snow.

I broke out in hives on Thursday, something I used had lily extract in it; not that I’m 100% sure that’s what triggered it but I know for a fact it’s never been an ingredient in any other makeup product I’ve used in the past. So today my face is a little flamed up and it probably will be that way for the next few videos but now I know that I’ll stay away from products with a super strong fragrance. But I still want to be able to film videos for you guys so just know that’s something I’m going to be dealing with.

Here’s what I used on my face today:

The Body Shop Vitamin C Skin Boost Instant Smoother – Meant to be used over your moisturizer and serums- but can be used with makeup as a foundation primer. I haven’t used it long enough to actually tell you how well it works just cause my skin is such a problem area right now but I’ll be sure to keep you guys posted.

Loreal Infallible Pro-Matte Foundation

Loreal True Match Lumi Foundation

Maybelline Fit Me Concealer #20

Marcelle Translucent Powder (To Bake)

Rimmel Stay Matte Powder #002 Translucent

Makeup Geek “Creme Brulee”

ABH “Fawn” Single Shadow

Inglot AMC Eyeliner Gel #77 – IDEAL for my every day liner. I’ve tried about everything in the book and this TRULY is the only thing that’ll stay on my eyes all day. Even through my chronic leaky eye syndrome (is that even a thing?) this stuff will not budge. Even when I want it to budge… NOTHING.

ABH “Red Earth” Single Shadow

Loreal Voluminous Feline Mascara

Urban Decay Beached Bronzer “Bronzed”

Sigma F40

Sigma Aura Powder “In The Saddle”

Sigma F79 Concealer Blend Kabuki Brush – i received this guy a few weeks ago and I can truly say that I love it. Not for it’s intended purpose cause I enjoy something a bit lighter to set my undereyes with but we all know brushes have optional names. Make sure to use my link and enjoy 10% off sigma if you want to purchase some amazing brushes for the holidays!

ABH “That Glow” Glow Kit – Golden Bronze to Bronze

ABH “That Glow” Glow Kit – Dripping in Gold & Bubbly to Highlight

Velour “Bare Naked” Lashes- MY ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE PAIR OF LASHES. that is all.

Huda Beauty Liquid Matte “Flirt” – I wanted to mention how much I’ve enjoyed the Huda Beauty Liquid Lipsticks. The brand on it’s own is pretty pricey in some ways, but when I realized these were the same price as the ABH Liquid Lipsticks, I decided to pick one shade up. When I realized how thin the consistency was but how intense the coverage was, I fell in love. You guys definitely will be seeing more of these on my channel once I grow my collection of them.

AND THAT’S THAT! Let me know what product has been your go-to lately! I’ve also been loving the Nivea Hydro-Care Lipbalm to moisturize my lips cause they’re drier than the sahara desert.

I’m happy that I’ve finally gotten myself back on track with my channel and my blog and everything- my biggest fault is that I suck at picking myself back up off my feet once life throws me curveballs but I promise I’m working on it. I love you more than words can describe, thank you for constantly supporting me and being the reason why I create this content.
